About Me

Alex joined the Life Insurance industry in 2002 and has a deep appreciation for the value of life changing financial advice and the outcomes it can deliver, having grown up in an advice practice. She has a strong background in group and retail life insurance, policy interpretation, underwriting practices and terms, claims advocacy, and employee benefit programs.
One of Alex’s key strengths is advocating for clients at claim time. Drawing on her experience in group, super default, and retail insurance claims, Alex understands the value of recommending quality contractual definitions, which sees her advised clients benefit from increased claims success.
Alex is currently completing her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
