Shane Arnold is a seasoned financial adviser and business owner with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, complemented by a strong background in elite sports coaching. Since 2014, Shane has been the Director and Principal Adviser at Xen Wealth Financial Advice, a boutique advisory firm committed to delivering tailored financial solutions to individuals and families across Australia. Under his leadership, Xen Wealth has built a reputation for integrity, strategic insight, and client-first service.
Before founding Xen Wealth, Shane was a franchise owner with the Australian Financial Adviser (AFA) network from 2010 to 2014, where he operated as a self-employed financial planner. During this time, he developed deep expertise in wealth creation, retirement planning, and risk management, serving a diverse client base and building long-term relationships grounded in trust and performance.

Shane’s career is distinguished not only by his financial acumen but also by his contributions to Australian rugby. In 2015, he served as an Assistant Coach for the ARU Under 20s, supporting the development of emerging national talent. His coaching journey continued with roles on the Queensland Reds Coaching Staff in 2017, and most recently, as Head Coach of the GPS Premier Grade team in 2023, where he applied leadership, discipline, and strategic thinking honed in both business and sport.
