About Me

Tony Pearson is Director and founded Nest Egg Solutions in 2003, after a decade working in the retail finance industry.Tony commenced his career in finance in 1993 when he joined AVCO Finance in Central Queensland. This was a “baptism of fire” introduction to the world of finance and he thoroughly enjoyed the fast paced world of consumer lending and insurance. While at AVCO he was able to learn how to deal with client’s highs and lows when they discussed their financial concerns. This enabled Tony to develop effective solutions to client’s requirements. In 1999 he left AVCO and started as the Sunshine Coast Area Loans Manager for Wide Bay Australia and was tasked with rebuilding their lending portfolio on the Sunshine Coast. In the first year, he doubled the Building Societies lending book on the Sunshine Coast.In 2001 Wide Bay Australia appointed Tony to their new Financial Planning arm. In this field he excelled and in 2003, he was approached by Charter Financial Planning to start his own Financial Planning Firm. From this offer Nest Egg Solutions was born.Since 2003 Tony, along with his team, have built a business which is focused on empowering people to ensure their own current and future financial freedom through effective strategies.
