I own a financial advice business in Brisbane but provide advice throughout Australia via phone, etc. I only accept new client that are in my areas of specialisation: applying for (or already in) residential aged care, In (or moving into) a retirement village, and applying for (or already getting) a home care package. For enquiries in those areas, I provide a free telephone help service offering both Q&A and a free emailed calculation report service to show the results of your DIY intentions over a few years (pension entitlement, care fees, cash flow, and wealth). That might be all you need. I am an Accredited Aged Care Professional and an SMSF specialist. Clients have come from referral sources including aged care homes, accountants, solicitors, and existing clients. I provide help without a mandatory need for any face-to-face meetings.
