Jo is the Managing Director of IAS, and a Senior Financial Adviser, Life & Financial Planning and Complaints Manager.

With more than 20 years' experience in professional services and 10 years in the insurance industry, Jo has a wealth of experience and knowledge across a broad range of business disciplines. Currently responsible for client acquisition and retention at Insurance Advisory Service.

Jo is renowned for her quick thinking and strong skills in identifying needs and customising solutions. Having worked overseas for a number of boutique and cutting-edge organisations, Jo is adept at managing teams, driving strategy and achieving win-win outcomes.

Jo is passionate about people – what makes them unique and how they best work together, ensuring equality and stability for her team. An achiever by nature, she inspires those around her by strategically looking to the future and the possibilities it holds.
